my background

I am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and professional triathlete. I graduated from Vanderbilt University and received my holistic health coach training from the world’s largest nutrition school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City.

Ten years ago, my mother (and best friend), was diagnosed with cancer. After a lot of fear and misguided information, I discovered the power of food, lifestyle and mindset as powerful tools to heal the body. It is my passion to share what I have learned no matter where you may be on your health journey.

Through my stories about my mom, living around the world, and competing at a professional athletic level, I keep the laughter rolling and the lessons flowing. My stories teach about preventing disease with diet, natural weight loss, improved digestion, stress reduction and exercise. which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.
